Booked the week of requiring their service. The initial team had an extremely busy job before ours which caused some delays however customer service agent Gracie remained honest & kept us updated throughout the whole day. Ziaad & John were organised to cover, they arrived looking abit tired having had a long day but nonetheless they were fast & delivered an exceptional service. The boys were excellent! Very friendly and very helpful. I know my house is not the easiest to access but the boys did everything without batting an eyelid!
